When: After the development of concept routes we regularly test them within the target group.

Why: To make sure that we’re hitting the nail on the head before we work out the details, either with a concept idea, packaging design or visual identity. By executing an concept test on the 3 most popular routings, we save time and energy, because we know we hit it right.

What: Concept tests, are usually conducted by qualitative single interviews. We collaborate with external moderators to ensure impartiality. Directly after the research we give a debrief and the following day a toplines report is delivered and presented.
