Challenge: Develop a positioning, a name and an identity for a new startup that can build social rental housing in a different and more attractive way. Therefore, their target group is housing corporations.

Insight: The real estate market is a boring, grey market with many blue colors. We want to break away from this, and show our true colours, not only in name but also in identity.

Idea: The name comes from a song by the band ‘Madness’ where they sing about “Our house”. The house is described with melancholy: “Our mum she’s so house-proud”. The identity we developed consists of windows. Windows you can look through and where you can see all the different activities of families. The result: a distinctive name and identity for a special startup that doesn’t build on location, but in one fixed place, with many different companies, which allows them to build a lot cheaper.
