You are a passionate creative thinker and creator. A problem solving individual who wants to help spear head their work which is designed to create rumour, clicks, connections, likes, positive brand sentiment and build audiences. Everything beyond traditional advertising. That requires talent that isn’t hemmed into the traditional creative ways of working and outputs.

To be suited for this role you’ll be a confident with an excellent eye for craft to create creative assets and content for both the physical and digital world. You will love working as part of a team of diverse specialists whilst also working autonomously when it comes to developing, refining and editing your own ideas and work. You will be comfortable client facing and excited to work across a wide range of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the creative partner and planners to develop creative concepts, products and services 

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of social media and digital platforms with a creative mastery in optimizing ideas and executions for these channels

  • Create super ideas for TV, print, out-of-home, web and social advertising mediums and even products.

  • Assist with presenting and selling creative work to marketing and product managers


Skills & Experience

  • Experience of creating concepts in an ad agency or in-house agency environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other creatives or with other company stakeholders

  • Demonstrated exemplary creative skills

  • Must possess demonstrated effective presentation skills and public speaking ability 

  • Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Medior Project Manager

Fancy working in a small and creative team in Amsterdam?

Fitzroy is looking for a Medior Project Manager to act as the main link between our clients and our team. In conversation with the client you convert their wishes into clear assignments for the project team.

In addition, you make offers, planning, manage the project team and you are part of review sessions with the client.


  • Contact with clients for new projects.

  • Prepare offers, schedules and goals to be achieved.

  • Link between client and project team.

  • Monitoring budgets, schedules and workload.

  • Production and assistance of photo shoots.

  • Support in creating content.

Job requirements 

  • HBO+ work and thinking level.

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience

  • Good digital knowledge: from website to social media 

  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.

  • You work accurately and have an eye for detail.

  • You are strong and stress resistant.

  • 40 hours per week.
